Cirrus Gallery is pleased to present Fine Line, an exhibition of new drawing from emerging and mid-career artists from New York and Los Angeles. Approaching the medium of drawing in distinct and dissimilar practices these twelve artists extrapolate on the conventions of the medium and reinvestigate its possibilities in terms of scale, form, and technique. 

Fine Line examines the slippage between mediums and the incorporation of drawing into forms of sculpture, installation, painting and video. Drawing a fine line can be understood as both a technical description of mark making or a metaphorical division between two seemingly dissimilar ideas.
